Daily Responsibilities May Include:
Designing and delivering exceptional à la carte and event menus
Leading a team to maintain high culinary standards
Managing prep, ordering, and stock control

Supporting training and development of junior chefs
What We’re Looking For:
Relevant Commercial Cookery Certification (Cert IV)
Demonstrated experience in a high-end or luxury kitchen environment
Creativity, consistency, and attention to detail in food presentation
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
Understanding of HACCP and kitchen compliance standards
A genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
