Oerlikon is seeking a full-time onsite Quality Coordinator in Fort Saskatchewan to maintain and enhance our Quality Management System across ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Nadcap and related standards, coordinate internal and external audits, and lead corrective and preventive actions, nonconformance management, and customer complaint investigations while supporting management reviews and change initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a degree or technical diploma in science or engineering and has hands-on experience implementing and auditing international quality systems, strong root cause analysis, SPC, process mapping, and internal auditing skills, plus the ability to collaborate across departments. Knowledge of SharePoint, Power BI, LIMS, or similar databases is a plus. What You'll Do
- Maintain and improve quality management systems in uspport of ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Nadcap and other applicable standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and support accreditation activities.
- Lead corrective and preventive action processes, nonconformance management, and customer complaint investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement and change management activies.
- Prepare quality reports and support management review process.
- Provide quality control support for finished products and customer compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Degree or Technical Diploma in Science or Engineering.
- Experience implementing and auditing quality systems again international standards.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, SPC, process mapping, and internal auditing.
- Experience with systems such as SharePOint, Power BI, LIMS, or similar databases is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectivly across departments.
