As a Data Steward/Specialist you will ensure data quality and process compliance within the various systems. Through timely capture of data, gap analysis and doing regular data quality checks and clean-up this role will contribute to maintaining single source of truth across various R&D systems and improve the overall data management.

You will:

  • Support Material experts to set-up specifications and lead gathering cross functional data to complete the spec.
  • Be the central point for setting up product specs once product recipe/formulation is finalized by the development team.
  • Trouble shoot recipe and spec creation in the spec management systems
  • Keep track and report data gaps or quality issues in the R&D system (spec management and project management)
  • Support Product data requests - data entry for private label tenders based on proposed recipes by R&D
  • Create customer specification and technical data sheets for professional and industrial customers on SKU level based on the R&D recipe data
  • Be responsible of mass data extraction, clean-up and reporting from various systems.

So what does it take to be successful in this role?

You are a motivated colleague with a strong affinity for data and a passion for driving data quality, accuracy, and governance. You hold a bachelor’s degree (preferably in administration, operations, or technology) and have 1–3 years of experience in product specification management or data management within an operational environment.
