The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing warm, polished welcome and professional service to all guests
  • Managing check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handling reservations, guest enquiries, telephone and email correspondence
  • Processing payments and maintaining precise guest and financial records
  • Coordinating closely with housekeeping and Hotel management to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns with tact, discretion, and confidence

About You

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end customer service environment is preferred
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
