Job Description

As a Receptionist at Summerset at Heritage Park Retirement Village, you will work as part of a team that creates the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents. Our Receptionist is in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially the elderly and their families.

This is a full time role from Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an up-to-date calendar for the office
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with various office tasks as needed, supporting the team's efficiency
  • Ensure security protocols are followed, including visitor sign-in procedures
