Job Description

  • Welcome and assist guests, building strong relationships.
  • Manage check-in/out, payments, and guest details accurately.
  • Promote hotel facilities, actively upselling to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Safeguard guest property with proper documentation.
  • Promote Accor loyalty programs to enhance guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with all departments for smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and non-verbal.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative.
  • Previous experience in Reservations is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud, TARS Database, or similar PMS preferred but not required.
  • Flexible availability for a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
