Prime Cut Meats is seeking a highly organised and professional individual to join our team as a full time Receptionist.
As the first point of contact for our meat processing site, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest services.
This position requires excellent interpersonal skills as well as attention to detail. Step into a role where you would become the expert in directing calls and responding to guest enquiries, as well as supporting the Sales department.
This role requires you to be on site 6:00am - 2:00pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Receive, greet and sign in all visitors in a friendly and warm manner
Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items
Customer Service and Sales support tasks including answering overflow of calls, placing customer orders, third party invoicing, updating price files, scanning and printing as required, and assisting the sales reps as needed
Assisting departments with administration
Meeting room setup and tidying and organising catering for team lunches and visitors – daily checks and tidy ups, getting coffee machine ready, managing restocking of supplies
Dish washer / kitchenette tidy up
Replenishment of coffee, tea etc for shared area
