Job Description

As the face of the practice, you'll create a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients and delivering excellent customer service
• Managing appointments and clinician schedules
• Answering phone and email enquiries
• Processing payments and health fund claims
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Supporting the team with day-to-day administration
• Helping ensure the smooth operation of the practice

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in dental reception, or reception in a similar healthcare or fast-turnaround setting (dental experience preferred)
• Confident with dental practice software, or quick to pick up new systems if you've used similar
• Friendly, professional and highly organised
• Focused on delivering a great patient experience
• Calm and accurate when managing a busy desk
• Reliable, with strong attention to detail
