This full-time Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response (EIPSR) role at EACH, a joint program with Eastern Health, offers a fixed-term arrangement until June 2027 with potential extension, based in Box Hill with outreach on the land of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people. You will manage a caseload delivering psychosocial support to clients aged 16 to 65 to achieve recovery goals, empower self-management, build coping skills and social networks, and assist with education, vocational training and employment. Salary is $44 to $48.99 per hour plus 11% super and generous salary packaging up to $18,550 plus meals and entertainment tax relief; not within the NDIS. You must have a bachelor qualification in Mental Health or Community Health or equivalent, plus experience as a mental health Case Worker and a current Australian Driver Licence. The Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response (EIPSR) program is a joint partnership between Eastern Health and Each providing both clinical and psychosocial supports to Mental Health Consumers incorporating a holistic strength-based approach enabling Consumers to identify their individual recovery needs.
As a Support Worker, you will be managing a caseload of clients whom you will assist resolve and/or reduce barriers to stable self-care with low intensity community supports or access higher intensity/duration supports to achieve therapeutic outcomes.
