You will tailor activities to individual cognitive and physical needs, complete life history assessments for integrated care plans, and coordinate group activities. Key requirements include Cert IV in Leisure and Health or a related degree, workplace health and safety knowledge, and the ability to build professional relationships with residents and their families.
