Set in the heart of the Hajar Mountains, JA Hatta Fort Hotel is seeking an Outdoor & Adventure–driven Recreation Manager to lead immersive land sports, wellness, and nature-based experiences. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes the outdoors and knows how to turn adventure into unforgettable guest moments.

Your Mission

You will be the driving force behind our outdoor recreation and adventure programs, including:

• Leading all land sports, outdoor activities, and wellness experiences

• Designing and delivering hiking, mountain biking, archery, fitness, team challenges, and nature-based programs

• Creating exciting guest adventure schedules for all ages and skill levels

• Managing, training, and inspiring a high-energy Recreation & Adventure team

• Ensuring all activities meet strict safety, risk management, and HSE standards

• Maintaining outdoor equipment, trails, and recreation facilities

• Collaborating with Resort Operations to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction

• Managing schedules, resources, and operational costs efficiently

Who You Are

• An experienced Recreation / Adventure / Outdoor Activities Manager

• Strong background in land sports, outdoor recreation, or adventure tourism

• Confident leader with a hands-on, energetic approach

• Safety-focused with solid knowledge of outdoor risk assessment and control

• Passionate about fitness, nature, and guest experience

• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

• Comfortable working outdoors in a mountain resort environment
