Flatiron Health is seeking a fixed term Recruiting Coordinator for 12 months onsite in London to support the Global Talent Acquisition Team by coordinating the interview process and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across US and international teams. You’ll manage the dynamic interview calendar, handle a high volume of interviews, maintain accurate Greenhouse records, administer take home assessments, and ensure timely feedback in line with SLAs while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of coordination or admin experience, superb organization and communication skills, proficiency with Google Workspace, and a proactive customer service mindset; experience with Greenhouse or recruiting operations and German or Japanese is a plus. What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work on the Global Talent Acquisition Team, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You'll work with hiring managers across our diverse range of teams, including both US and international, as the candidate advocate for every person interviewing at Flatiron. You’ll also coordinate each step of a candidate’s interview cycle from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, professional, and high quality interview experience for all candidates. In addition, you'll also:

• Manage Flatiron's dynamic interview calendar effectively, balancing candidate availability with interviewer schedules to meet our hiring goals
• Coordinate a high volume of interviews for candidates across multiple teams and time zones, managing the full interview cycle from scheduling to completion
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure candidates move through the recruitment process smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), documenting all candidate interactions and interview activities
• Engage and foster genuine relationships; regularly following up in between the various steps of the interview process
• Adhere to all SLAs and proactively follow up with recruiters, interviewers and hiring managers for timely feedback and decisions
• Own end-to-end administration of take-home assessments, including platform management, candidate invites, reminders, and troubleshooting, while supporting broader recruiting operations such as interview training

• You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a coordination, scheduling, administrative, or customer service role
• You are resourceful in managing scheduling constraints, prioritizing both hiring speed and candidate experience by finding creative solutions rather than simply extending timelines when faced with challenges
• You are proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and can quickly learn new technology platforms
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can professionally interact with all levels of the organization
• You are highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and can manage a high volume of tasks simultaneously
• You can maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• You have a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and aren't afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements
• You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for others

Optional

• You have previous exposure to recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations
• You have experience with Greenhouse ATS or other applicant tracking systems
• You have some level of proficiency in German and Japanese
