You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, help craft job descriptions and postings on Indeed, LinkedIn and Handshake, and maintain candidate records in our ATS. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in HR or business; new grads welcome. Strong written and verbal communication, excellent organizational skills, and comfort with Office, Zoom, and Calendly are essential.
