About the Role:

Ready to fire up your career? We’re on the hunt for a Recruitment Specialist to join our sizzling team for a 6 month fixed term contract! This is high volume, fast paced recruitment at its best as you’ll be driving Team Member hiring nationally, managing HireVue (our candidate screening tool) and supporting Restaurant Managers to ensure every restaurant is staffed brilliantly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead High-Volume Hiring: Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for Team Members across Australia. Use HireVue to screen candidates efficiently and keep the pipeline flowing.
  • Own Monthly Group Recruitment: Plan and deliver monthly group recruitment sessions for each restaurant cluster, partnering closely with Restaurant Managers and Area Managers.
  • Source Like a Pro: Find great candidates where they live, study and work - schools, community networks, local job boards - you name it.
  • Streamline the Process: Keep recruitment fast, smooth, and scalable. Bring ideas to make hiring easier, quicker, and more effective.
  • Create WOW Experiences: Ensure every candidate experience is top-notch from first contact to onboarding.
