In this senior role you will set the technical vision, guide multi-disciplinary projects from feasibility to commissioning, and grow capability across a national team while shaping market strategy and strengthening client relationships with authorities, utilities and contractors. You’ll bring 15+ years leading water projects in consulting, Chartered (CPEng) or eligible, and RPEQ/RPEV, a track record of mentoring remote teams, strong commercial and bid experience, and broad technical depth across networks, treatment and storage, with a Safety in Design approach. You’ll collaborate across our water networks, treatment, and asset management and planning teams to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.
