Advice for applicantsAdvice for applicants
Lead your resume with any DACH-focused marketing work, localisation projects or events you’ve owned or contributed to, so it’s clear you can connect global campaigns to German-speaking markets.
Demonstrate the must-have skills by naming concrete English and German language tasks you’ve handled, like producing bilingual materials or coordinating with German-speaking teams, and show outcomes where possible.
Be ready to discuss how you would translate global campaigns into local DACH experiences, and how you’d keep calendars, project plans and reporting rhythms that keep the team aligned and informed.
Ask a thoughtful question at interview time about how the intern will partner with the Regional Marketing Manager and other GTM teams to land local activations, and what success in the DACH initiatives looks like in the early months.
