About the job

As a Regional Sales Manager for APAC, you will be at the forefront of driving growth in one of our key global markets. Representing a leading provider of automotive software solutions, you will lead regional sales initiatives, build strategic relationships and help shape the future of mobility through innovative digital solutions. This role requires a strong mix of commercial acumen, technical insight into automotive software, and a passion for delivering value to customers in a rapidly evolving industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with the company's global objectives.
  • Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the automotive sector.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, suppliers, and system integrators.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are aligned with market demands.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development.
  • Track sales performance against KPIs and provide regular forecasting and reporting to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows within the region.
  • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategy.

Your skills and interest

  • Sales experience in an international automotive or software environment.
  • Achieved and exceeded sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong interest in software solutions for the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and SaaS business models.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Able to manage complexity and work collaboratively across cultures and departments.
  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel as required.
