Collaborate closely with EMEA and global HQ stakeholders. - Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure all procurement activities strictly adhere to Xpeng's global policies, internal control systems, and local regulatory requirements in EMEA. Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks. - System & Operational Integration: Rapidly learn and become a super-user of Xpeng's designated procurement and ERP systems, ensuring all processes are correctly followed and data integrity is maintained. - Regional Travel: Travel approximately 25-30% within the EMEA region to engage with local teams, understand market-specific needs, conduct supplier audits, and foster strong operational alignment.QualificationsQualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field. - Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in indirect procurement or administration services procurement, with proven exposure to multiple EMEA markets. - Mandatory: Fluency in English (business proficiency). - Strongly Preferred: Professional proficiency in at least one of the following: Spanish, French, or German. - A Significant Plus: Working knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) to facilitate seamless communication with global HQ. - Demonstrated experience in implementing and strictly following corporate procurement systems and processes. - Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and risk management within a multinational context. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Apply
