Summerset is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the casual pool at the Papamoa village in the Bay of Plenty, delivering resident directed aged care and helping residents enjoy quality of life. In this casual role you cover a range of shifts, take charge on some shifts, develop and follow care plans, provide nursing care, guide caregivers, and build relationships with residents and their families. You’ll need NZ registration and a current Practising Certificate, a genuine interest in elder care, and calm communication with leadership.
