Summerset is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Summerset Palms village in Napier, on the night shift. This full‑time, onsite role focuses on resident‑directed aged care, leading shifts, developing long‑term care plans, and guiding caregivers while building trusted relationships with residents and families. The pattern is 4 nights on, 4 days off, totaling at least 54 hours per fortnight. Key requirements include NZ Registration with a current Practising Certificate, a genuine interest in caring for older people, demonstrated leadership, resilience under pressure and strong communication.
