Juniper Aged Care in Wagin, WA is seeking a permanent full-time Registered Nurse to lead clinical care at the 26-room Bethshan home. You’ll assess resident needs, develop care plans, mentor staff, ensure AN-ACC compliance, and collaborate with the care team to deliver holistic, person-centred care while supporting families. The ideal candidate is an AHPRA-registered RN with 2+ years in aged care, strong planning and mentoring skills, and proficiency in wound care, diabetes management and medication systems. Benefits include flexible shifts, rates from $46.18 to $57.98 plus 12% super, relocation and subsidised accommodation, regional and accommodation allowances, and salary packaging up to $18,550 p/a. Juniper Bethshan has an active social calendar of activities, bus outings and welcoming volunteers and local community members into the home. With the home a significant part of the district and enabling older people to stay close to their family, friends and community, connections with local community groups for the benefit of residents make up an important part of the home.
As a Registered Nurse, you'll work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to assess residents' needs, develop and implement care plans, and ensure high standards of care. You'll also mentor and support care staff and ensure compliance with AN-ACC assessments to maintain top-quality care delivery.
This is a permanent fulltime contract working 75 hours per fortnight.
