Bayada Hospice seeks a compassionate full-time Registered Nurse on call to join the Colchester VT office serving hospice clients across Lamoille, Grand Isle, Chittenden, Franklin and Washington counties. The role offers an every other week schedule, 7 days on and 7 days off, with pay and benefits, and includes after hours visits, medication administration, wound care, treatments, client assessments, and documenting doctor’s orders. Requirements: VT RN license, at least one year of clinical experience, travel ability, and EMR proficiency; home care or hospice experience preferred but not required. This office services hospice clients on a per visit basis in Lamoille, Grand Isle, Chittenden, Franklin and Washington counties in VT.
Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required. As a hospice nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:
$42-$48 per hour
