Auckland Council’s Building Consent team is seeking a permanent, full‑time Regulatory Support Officer to join our Albany hub.
You will have the opportunity to use your solid organisational and administration skills to provide process support, ensuring the smooth running of our end-to-end consenting processes for our building consent department. This is a customer focused role that will allow you to be part of our hardworking and supportive team environment.

To be successful in this role you will be system savvy, able to easily adapt to new technology, and have previous experience in administration. Your excellent communication skills will help you excel in this customer-focused role. A proactive nature along with your great attention to detail and understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc) will strengthen your application. Having a good understanding of building legislation and previous SAP experience would make your application stand out.

The remuneration for this role is $62,192 - $62,000 per annum (Based on skills & experience)
