We’re launching an exciting new initiative designed to improve recovery journeys and help people get back to work faster, and better. As part of this, we’re hiring four Rehabilitation & Recovery Coordinators (RRCs) to join our growing team.
This is your chance to shape how injury recovery is delivered in primary care, working in a clinical role at the intersection of healthcare, community, and workplace support.
About the role
As an RRC, you’ll walk alongside patients (and their whānau) through their recovery journey - helping remove barriers, connecting them to the right support, and creating smooth pathways back to work.
Working as part of your patient’s primary care team, you’ll collaborate closely with GPs, nurses, allied health professionals, ACC, employers, and community providers, ensuring patients receive coordinated, holistic care.
This is not a case management role - it's a proactive, people-centred coordination role that focuses on outcomes, empowerment, and meaningful recovery.
