Flatiron Health is seeking a Research Scientist to advance real-world oncology data and evidence solutions for the UK, Germany and Japan from their London site. You will develop expertise in real-world data, design and execute analyses in R, assess data quality and fitness for use, and collaborate with epidemiologists, data scientists and oncologists to support development efforts and external publications. Ideal candidates hold a PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, HEOR or related field with 2-3 years of experience or a Master’s with 4-5 years, have deep observational data experience across registries claims or EHR, are proficient in R, and communicate clearly with strong study documentation and project management. Oncology experience is a plus. In this role, you will work as a member of the Research Sciences (RS) department, primarily supporting our work in the UK, Germany, and Japan. This team provides customized real-world data and real-world evidence solutions to address the most important research questions across clinical development, market access, and commercial use cases for our life sciences partners.
