Joining the Postcode Lottery Group as Research and Service Design Lead means guiding a global discipline from Amsterdam with an international team of about six researchers and designers, shaping a customer centric product strategy and ensuring research informs journeys, roadmaps, and decision making. You will balance hands-on research roughly 30 percent with leadership and governance across Product, Technology and Transformation Centres of Excellence, turning insights into tangible improvements and scalable services. The ideal candidate has 8 to 10 years in product research, UX or service design, strong vision and coaching skills, and adept stakeholder management. As Research & Service Design Lead, you are responsible for developing, positioning, and professionalising product research and service design across all our countries. You lead an international team of approximately six researchers and service designers and act as the key content-driven and strategic force behind the discipline
You work closely with the Heads of Product in all countries and with other disciplines within the Product Center of Excellence to ensure that research structurally contributes to enhanced customer journeys, product strategy, prioritisation, and decision-making.
