Summerset is seeking a Resident Experience Lead to design and deliver a vibrant lifestyle and activities programme across a new village in Cranbourne North, spanning independent villas, assisted living and care. You'll lead and coach the Resident Experience and Lifestyle teams, build strong relationships with residents, families and the wider community, and partner with local organisations and providers to create meaningful experiences. You’ll use resident feedback to continuously improve programmes and help residents transition into the village while fostering an inclusive, welcoming culture.
