TE Connectivity recherche un Responsable HSE H/F/X sur le site d'Évreux pour déployer et animer le système de management Environnement et Hygiène/Sécurité, assurer la veille réglementaire et les déclarations obligatoires, piloter le Document Unique et réaliser les audits internes et externes (ISO/OHSAS), tout en contribuant à l’objectif zéro accident et en animant les réunions CSSCT. Il/elle gérera les relations avec les autorités et les fournisseurs et développera la culture HSE par la formation et la communication. Profil idéal: maîtrise des réglementations HSE (Code du Travail, ICPE, REACH, TMD), anglais courant, connaissance des systèmes ISO, leadership et capacité à fédérer une équipe EHS, organisation et sens de la prévention. Formation: Bachelor avec au moins 8 ans d’expérience ou Master; pour postuler, privilégiez des exemples concrets d’audits et d’amélioration continue, démarquez votre capacité à dialoguer avec les autorités et à former des équipes.
