We are seeking an experienced retail assistant with good commercial acumen for the fixed term role of Retail Assistant, based at our central Auckland Campus.
In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service to our customers and students and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes merchandising, in store stock management, responding to customer enquiries, cash reconciliation and open and closing responsibilities, and managing and expediting online orders.
The Campus Store provides a range of branded apparel and merchandise for the University community to express their pride and belonging to the University of Auckland. The Campus Store is primarily a Monday to Friday operation with up to 6 evenings and weekend slots, to support graduation and other key University events.
