Te Tūranga – About the roleAs a Retail Delivery Specialist, you’ll play a part in driving exciting changes for our stores and customers in the customer engagement & loyalty space. Your focus will be on understanding operational processes and managing change at the store level, ensuring the successful execution of agreed-upon deliverables within the retail execution plan. This role is fixed term till July 10th 2026.
To do this, some of what you’ll do is:·
Support the Retail Workstream Lead with effectively delivering on the retail execution plan. Maintain progress trackers, monitor risks and issues and complete required programme reporting. Input into programme level sprint planning and update key programme assets as required.·
Seek to understand key process and operational change impacts at store level resulting from the customer engagement programme deliverables. ·
Clearly map out current loyalty programme related operational processes in stores, identify gaps and confirm change requirements along with opportunities to streamline current processes. ·
Scope out opportunities for digital solutions that could be deployed in store to enable checkout teams to best support customers engaging in our loyalty programme. ·
Attend key retail workstream and programme meetings, input into retail workstream reporting and participate in other programme and/or retail workstream governance processes as required.

He kōrero mōu - About youWe’re looking for a passionate and driven team member with an understanding of what it takes to land significant change into retail stores and take store team members on the journey. You’ll be a go-getter who can confidently navigate complex situations, can produce high quality outputs and loves to collaborate with key business stakeholders to deliver required outcomes.You’ll also have: ·
Ideally you have experience landing change into a store environment or similar, including the ability to translate information into meaningful and relevant content for store teams ·
Experience with creating high quality outputs including training materials, agency briefs and stakeholder engagement packs·
Previous experience OR exposure to project coordination including maintaining progress trackers, managing risks & issues and influencing stakeholders to ensure key deliverables are completed on time.·
Ability to navigate complex situations and ambiguity, and work collaboratively, to successfully deliver required outcomes ·
