You create genuine connections with guests by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrating items, and offering personalized recommendations.

You’ll assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation and marketing placement as needed.

The role is physically active, requiring standing, walking, reaching and lifting. You may climb ladders, lift, reach, bend and kneel to access products and maintain the store’s appearance, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds (10 pounds consistently).

Advice for applicants

Put your most relevant leadership experience up front on your resume. Start with examples of handling opening and closing routines, managing bank deposits and shipments, and setting the day’s direction for the team.

Show how you prove the must-have skills on your resume. Cite a time you coached an associate on the floor, de-escalated a guest issue, and used product knowledge to help a guest decide on a purchase.

Be ready for interviews with stories about peak-time shifts and your ability to stay composed while delivering great customer service, following store policies, and upholding safety standards.

Ask a smart question about early success: what does the first 60 days look like for a Key Holder, and how is coaching impact measured in daily direction and guest experience?
