Hornby PAK’nSAVE in Christchurch is seeking a Retail Supervisor with supervisory FMCG experience to lead a busy, positive team. The ideal candidate stays calm under pressure, fosters a strong culture, and drives performance by leveraging individual strengths. You’ll need solid leadership, organizational and communication skills, with SAP or inventory knowledge a plus and full training provided. A First Aid certificate and Liquor Manager’s Licence are required or understood. Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, Retail Co-Manager and Duty Manager, you’ll work Sundays to Thursdays 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm (42.5 hours), non-negotiable, with occasional extra hours. This position requires superior leadership and organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels. You must have had previous Supervisory experience in the FMCG industry as a minimum – 1 year. Some SAP / Inventory knowledge would be an advantage but full training will be given in that aspect.
You will be required to either currently hold or understand that the position will require you to hold a First Aid Certificate and Liquor Managers Licence.

Reporting to our Merchandising Manager, Retail Co-Manager and Duty Manager, you will be assisting with the day to day operation of the Retail departments in our bustling store.
The days and hours are Sunday to Thursday 1.00pm to 10.00pm for 42.5 hours per week. These days and hours are not negotiable. Some additional hours. days may be required to cover absences.
