We’re looking for a motivated and results‑driven Territory Manager to join our high‑performing Consumer Goods team, covering the greater Lower South Island.

You’ll take full ownership of your territory — maximising sales performance, building strong customer partnerships, and delivering best‑in‑class in‑store execution across grocery customers.

This role will ideally be based in Dunedin or surrounding areas.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and drive performance across your sales territory to achieve or exceed targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key grocery customers
  • Execute strategic sales plans to lift distribution, ranging, and in‑store presence
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiencies

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in sales or territory management, ideally within FMCG or grocery
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
  • A results‑driven, collaborative, and positive approach
  • Confidence using technology and digital sales tools (e.g. MS Office, iPad)
  • A full, clean driver’s licence

This is an excellent opportunity to build your FMCG career while working with iconic global brands. You’ll enjoy autonomy in your territory, strong team support, and the chance to make a real impact within a respected and growth‑focused organisation.

If this sounds like the right next step for you, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your CV along with a cover letter outlining your experience and why you’re the ideal candidate for this role.
