Seeking a Returning Sales Associate for Spirit Halloween in Marlborough MA. This full-time onsite role supports the Store Management Team with store setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown while maintaining Guest Services to company standards. You will drive sales through sign waving, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. Requirements include 16 years or older, with the ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand or walk up to eight hours. Hourly pay is $15.00 to $15.25, plus Massachusetts Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program; all bonus programs subject to qualifications. Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 - $15.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

?This position is for any person who has previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
