Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is hiring a Returning Sales Associate to support a seasonal, full-time Spirit Halloween store in Toronto. The role pays $17.60-$17.85 per hour, with Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and End of Season Premium Pay, subject to qualifications. You’ll work with the Store Management Team on setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown, while delivering guest services to company standards. Responsibilities include generating sales, sign waving, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. Minimum age 16; physical demands entail ladder work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and eight hours on your feet. Tip: tailor your resume to highlight prior Spencer’s/ Spirit experience, sales metrics, customer service, merchandising and POS skills; show reliability, team spirit, and comfort with seasonal hours.

Hourly rate ranges from $17.60 - $17.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
