Spirit Halloween is hiring a Returning Sales Associate for Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween in Peterborough, ENG, a full-time on-site role. The hourly rate ranges from 17.60 to 17.85, with Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and an End of Season Premium Pay Program subject to qualifications. This position is intended for someone who previously worked as a Sales Associate for Spencer’s or Spirit Halloween. You will support the Store Management Team with setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store, maintain Guest Services, and handle sign waving, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The physical demands include climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and eight hours of standing or walking. Hourly rate ranges from $17.60 - $17.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
