Spirit Halloween is seeking a Returning Store Manager for a full time onsite role in Belleville. This position is open to candidates who previously held a Spencer’s or Spirit Halloween Store Manager role and focuses on driving sales and profitability through outstanding guest service, controlled expenses, shrink reduction, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and the setup and teardown of a seasonal store. Requirements include 21 plus, a flexible schedule, and prior retail management experience, with physical demands of 8 plus hours standing, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Pay ranges from 22.60 to 22.85 per hour with benefits that include Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and Retention Pay Program. Hourly rate ranges from $22.60 - $22.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
