Spirit Halloween is seeking a full-time Sales Associate in Belleville to support the Store Management Team with setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store while delivering strong guest services and driving sales. The role covers sign waving, pricing, merchandising, POS operations and loss prevention, with physical requirements including ladder work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and eight hours of standing. Pay ranges from $17.60 to $17.85 per hour plus eligibility for premium pay programs and end of season pay; minimum age is 16.
