Spirit Halloween is hiring a Returning Store Manager for a full-time onsite role in Belleville. Pay ranges from $22.60 to $22.85 per hour, with Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay and Retention Pay programs subject to qualifications. This opportunity is open to candidates who have previously held a Store Manager position with Spencer’s or Spirit Halloween. You will oversee total store operations to maximize sales and profitability, maintain guest service standards, and control expenses while managing shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and seasonal setup and teardown. Requirements include 21 years old, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds, with prior retail management experience. Hourly rate ranges from $22.60 - $22.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and, controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
