Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween is seeking a full-time onsite Store Manager in Belleville to lead a seasonal Spirit Halloween store and drive maximum sales and profitability by delivering exceptional guest services and strict expense control. You will oversee shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and the setup and teardown of the store. Compensation ranges from $22.60 to $22.85 per hour, with Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay and Retention Pay programs subject to qualifications. The minimum age is 21 and flexibility is required. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
