Spirit Halloween is hiring a returning Store Manager for Cambridge, full time onsite, with pay of $22.60 to $22.85 per hour plus Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program and Retention Pay Program (subject to qualifications). This opportunity is open to anyone who has previously served as a Spencer’s Spirit Halloween Store Manager. You will oversee all store operations to maximize sales and profitability, ensure guest services excellence, manage expenses, shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and the seasonal setup and teardown. Requirements include prior retail management experience, age 21+, flexible schedule, and the ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
