Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is hiring a full-time Sales Associate for their Cambridge location to uphold guest services and support the store management team in driving sales, merchandising, signing and pricing, POS operations and loss prevention, all in line with company policies. The position offers an hourly rate of $17.60 to $17.85, plus benefits such as a 30% merchandise discount, contest prize awards and an Employee Assistance Program, subject to eligibility. The role requires being 17 or older, fully onsite, with the physical demands of standing up to eight hours, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
