Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is seeking a Returning Store Manager for a Brampton location. This full-time onsite role pays $22.60 to $22.85 per hour with benefits such as a Year End Bonus and Retention Pay, subject to qualifications. You will oversee the store operation to maximize sales, maintain guest services, and control expenses while managing shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and seasonal setup and teardown. Prior Spirit or Spencer’s store management experience is required, age 21+, and a flexible schedule with the stamina to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $22.60 - $22.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

This position is for any person who has previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Store Manager position.

The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and, controlling expenses. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
