Spirit Halloween is seeking a Returning Store Manager to lead a seasonal store operation in St. Catharines. This position is open to candidates who have previously served as a Store Manager for Spencer’s or Spirit Halloween and who can oversee guest services, expense control, shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and the setup and teardown of a seasonal storefront while driving sales. Compensation ranges from $22.60 to $22.85 per hour, plus Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay, and Retention Pay programs (subject to qualifications). Must be 21+, have a flexible schedule, and be able to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. The Store Manager is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
