Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager for a full-time onsite role in St. Catharines. The position pays $22.60-$22.85 per hour, with benefits such as Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay, and Retention Pay. You will oversee store operations to maximize sales and profitability, maintain guest services, control expenses, and manage shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and the seasonal setup and teardown. Must be 21 or older with a flexible schedule; expect 8+ hours of standing, ladder use, fixture setup, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management is required. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
