We are looking for a Full-Time Revenue Manager to join our ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street team.
As our Revenue Manager, you will take ownership of the hotel’s revenue strategy, driving top-line performance and optimising pricing, inventory and distribution across all revenue streams. Reporting directly into the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping commercial direction and ensuring ibis Styles Brisbane remains competitive within the Brisbane CBD market. This is a high-impact role where your analytical expertise directly influences the hotels financial success.
As part of your role you will:
Develop and execute dynamic revenue strategies aligned to business goals
Monitor competitor pricing, demand patterns and market trends
Lead weekly Revenue Management meetings, providing clear commercial insights
Prepare accurate forecasts and identify incremental profit opportunities
Optimise pricing and inventory across all distribution channels
Drive market share within our competitive set and maximise RevPAR
Leverage distribution platforms and OTA strategies to optimise profitability
Maintain system hygiene and data accuracy across revenue management platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure commercial alignment
Support and mentor team members in revenue best practice
