Joining GXO in Wigan means becoming part of a permanent full-time Repack Team at Kraft Heinz, helping to prepare, repack, load and unload customer orders on a rotating 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 schedule. The role offers £13 per hour, holiday pay, pension, healthcare and more through the My Benefits platform. Key daily tasks include repacking to specification, loading and unloading, stock replenishment with rotation, and ensuring HACCP safety standards, accuracy and productivity. Success requires warehouse experience, familiarity with inventory processes, and ideally MHE experience (FLT, LLOP, Reach).
