GXO Logistics is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join the Corby Shared User site on a full‑time permanent basis, with Monday to Friday rotating shifts 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00. You’ll pick customer orders accurately, load and unload vehicles using counterbalance and electric pump trucks, and retrieve pallets at height while upholding safety and quality standards. The package includes £25,958.4 per year plus a £945.72 shift premium, holiday pay, a workplace pension, and access to the My Benefits platform. We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Corby – Shared User site.

You will play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse, completing customer orders to the highest standard.

This is a full time, permanent role. You will be working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift, 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Accurately picking of customer orders
• Loading/unloading vehicles using counterbalance and electric pump truck
• Working at heights to retrieve and store pallets
• Highlighting any potential quality issues and reporting any accidents/ incidents on a timely manner
• Working to a high standard of accuracy and productivity in all tasks

• Complying with agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Warehouse experience and understanding of inventory processes
• Experience of driving MHE is desirable

• Team player with a “one team” mindset
• Flexible and adaptable to varied tasks and locations
• Positive, can-do attitude with motivation to meet and exceed targets
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Computer literacy
• Commitment to Health & Safety and maintaining operational standards
