You will handle data entry of sales orders, process inbox queries, assist with order cancellations and variations and obtain approvals, and book stock for delivery dates. The role requires strong communication, high attention to detail, solid MS Office skills, and the ability to multitask and work autonomously in a fast paced environment. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator from the month of August 2026.

You will be working a minimum of 2 days a week, with occasional flexibility required and will be based at our Head Office in North Ryde.

Hours needed as stated below:

  • Monday 12pm - 17:00pm
  • Friday 12pm - 17:30pm

Job Description

  • Data entry of sales orders
  • Process allocated sales administration inbox queries and emails in a timely manner
  • Assist with processing order cancellations and variations and ensure requests have required approval
  • Assist with booking stock sold for required delivery date

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of organizational ability
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • Confident working autonomously with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
