Bombardier is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Analyst, Sales by solicitation, full-time onsite in Québec. The role combines driving sales with strategic customer engagement, coordinating cross-functional teams, soliciting clients with tailored business solutions, and managing key accounts under existing contracts while maintaining data integrity in the subscription system. You’ll prepare regular sales reviews and create customized reports to inform decisions, and conduct needs analyses for current and prospective customers. Ideal candidates have a technical or university diploma, experience in sales by solicitation, strong Office skills, familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and forecasting, and bilingual French/English. What are your contributions to the team?
- Develop, lead, and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales and continuously hit and exceed objectives.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and various stakeholders.
- To solicit our customers to offer a business solution appropriate to their needs.
- Ensure account management and coordination of key customer accounts under existing contracts.
- Provide account management and coordination of key customer accounts and contracts.
- Maintain client records and data integrity in the subscription management system in place
- Develop methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data cleansing and data integrity
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews.
- Provide customized reports and recommendations supporting ongoing business decisions or initiatives
- Perform needs analysis of existing/potential customers
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships in order to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure detailed project planning and control
How to thrive in this role?
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project) and are familiar with the usage of SAP, Salesforce and sales forecasting and subscription management systems/software.
- Technical or University diploma and experience as a sales representative.
- Experience in sales by solicitation.
- Bilingual (French and English).
- Organize and manage time efficiently while working toward aggressive deadlines.
- Having strong customer service experience will be an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
